Избранной Богом от младенческих пелен и даром прозорливости, чудотворения и исцеления благодатию Духа Святаго одаренной, блаженной старице Матроне, нетленным венцем от Господа на Небеси увенчанной, соплетаем и мы, православнии, на земли венец похвальный из песней духовных, ты же, блаженная мати, приими сие от наших сердец благодарных, и яко имущая дерзновение пред Господем, от всяких нас бед, скорбей, болезней и козней вражиих избавиви, да с любовию поем ти: Радуйся, блаженная старице Матроно, предивная чудотворице.

Ангел во плоти в рождестве твоем явилася еси на земли; аще и без телесных очес узрелася еси от всех, но Господь, умудряяй слепцы и праведных любяй, просвети духовная очеса твоя, да явишися предвидящая будущая, яко настоящая, и от всяких многообразных болезней страждущих исцеляющая. Видяще иерей и людие предстоящии при крещении твоем исшедый из святыя купели столп аки пара и обоняюще благоухание велие в храмине при сем, познаша тя праведницу, дарованную от Бога на земли, и прославиша Бога, творящаго дивная и преславная в людех Своих, ангельскою песнию: Аллилуиа.

Разум имея свыше просвещенный, крестивый тя иерей Божий позна, яко чадо, крещаемое от него, есть сосуд Божия благодати, и тя младенца свята нарече. Силою Вышняго в младенчестве святая со одра своего к иконам святым преношашеся, радующися, яко со други своими, и лепетом уст своих славящи Бога, навыкшаго из уст младенец совершати хвалу Себе, чистым сердцем поющи Ему: Аллилуиа.
