В октябре 2014 в пресс-релизе группа сообщила о работе над новым альбомом и огласила названия некоторых песен. До появления песни Cesspits 10ого апреля ND исполнили тогда ещё новую песню «Dear Slum Landlord...» Песня «Cesspits» стала второй песней, которую услышала публика, также песня дебютировала в журнале «Terrorizer» в ноябре 2014. В декабре 2014 группа огласила список композиций и обложку альбома[13]. В январе 2015 песня «How the Years Condemn» стала доступна для прослушивания онлайн на сайтах «Stereogum» и «Metal Hammer».
Лейбл Century Media выпустил альбом в разных странах между 26 и 30 января на CD, виниле и MC в разных изданиях и с разными бонус-треками, плакатами и расширенными буклетами, в зависимости от издания.
Альбом получил после выхода много позитивных отзывов критиков. Отмечалось его относительно экспериментальное для грайндкора звучание. В частности,Metacritic присвоил ему 93 балла из 100.

In October 2014 press release, the group reported on the work on a new album and announced the names of some songs. Before the song cesspits 10th April ND performed the then new song «Dear Slum Landlord ...» song «Cesspits» became the second song, which the audience could hear the song also debuted at the «Terrorizer» magazine in November 2014. In December 2014 the group announced the list songs and album art. The album received after the release of a lot of positive reviews from critics. It was noted for its relatively experimental grindcore sound. In particular, Metacritic awarded him 93 points out of 100.
