"Singularity" - уже второй альбом главного проекта Линдхольма, посвященный космической тематике. С философской точки зрения сингулярность - эдакая бесконечность, точка невозврата и неопределенности. Автору удается наложить эту концепцию на музыку с поразительной точностью. Идея также широко отражена в лирике песен.
Здесь нет смысла отдельно расписывать о преимуществах каждого опуса. Если первый трек лишь запускает нас в космос, то второй уже дает увидеть яркую звезду, третий сияет светом тысячи солнц, а четвертый отключает подсознание, посылая разум в саму сингулярность. В плейлист заглядывать не стоит, лучше пройти это путешествие от начала и до конца.
Таинственные звуки клавиш пронизывают музыкальную оболочку, синтезируя мелодии сквозь сотни галактик, наполняя атмосферой глухого космического одиночества сердца землян. Тихие трели соло-гитары то мягко входят в атмосферу, то пронзительно ревут в такт ритм-гитаре, звучание которой песком времен разливается по горизонту событий. Яростный рык сменяется легким эхо чистейшего пения; и голос слышен прекрасно. Томное настукивание барабанов порой переходит в беспорядочное молочение, постепенно снова успокаиваясь и затихая.
Каково это, испытывать одиночество от одного осознания роли человека во Вселенной? Куда уносит вселенская река бесконечности? К чему приведет буйство высшей природы темной материи?
Музыка сама наводит слушателя на подобные рассуждения. Но рассуждать совсем не обязательно - можно просто расслабиться и наслаждаться таинственной и меланхоличной атмосферой альбома, который, я уверен, придется по вкусу очень многим, ведь "Singularity" вобрал в себя самое лучшее из всех проектов автора и преподнес это всё в неповторимой космической оболочке.
Это творение и есть сам космос. Человеку, пожалуй, не хватит слов, чтобы адекватно его описать. И если уж в космическом пространстве был бы звук, там бы слышались пронзительные ноты "Singularity" - одного из лучших произведений в жанре. Приятного погружения.

9. Apex Jari Lindholm now sought fame of a truly remarkable composer and performer in the genre of atmospheric doom death metal. Not knowing this young Swede, whose work on the well-known Slumber record, Enshine's solo debut and Exgenesis doom project, means simply not appreciating the genre. Lindholm is one of the few who still brings fresh ideas to doom death, creating a special, & quot; cosmic & quot; and in some places a gloomy, depressive atmosphere on their releases.
& quot; Singularity & quot; - already the second album of the main project of Lindholm, dedicated to space themes. From a philosophical point of view, singularity is a kind of infinity, a point of no return and uncertainty. The author manages to impose this concept on music with amazing accuracy. The idea is also widely reflected in the lyrics of the songs.
It makes no sense here to describe separately the advantages of each opus. If the first track only launches us into space, then the second one already makes us see a bright star, the third one shines with the light of a thousand suns, and the fourth one turns off the subconsciousness, sending the mind to the very singularity. You should not look into the playlist, it is better to go through this journey from beginning to end.
Mysterious key sounds penetrate the musical envelope, synthesizing melodies through hundreds of galaxies, filling the heart of earthlings with the atmosphere of deaf cosmic loneliness. The quiet trill of a solo guitar gently enters the atmosphere, then roars shrill to the beat of a rhythm guitar, the sound of which is spread over the horizon of events with sand from time to time. A fierce roar gives way to a faint echo of the purest singing; and the voice is heard perfectly. The languid tapping of the drums sometimes turns into disorderly milking, gradually calming down and calming down again.
What is it like to experience loneliness from one awareness of the role of man in the universe? Where does the universal river of infinity go? What will the riot of the higher nature of dark matter lead to?
Music itself leads the listener to such reasoning. But it’s not at all necessary to argue - you can simply relax and enjoy the mysterious and melancholic atmosphere of the album, which I am sure will appeal to very many people, because "quot; Singularity" quotes; absorbed the best of all the author's projects and presented it all in a unique cosmic shell.
This creation is the cosmos itself. Man, perhaps, is not enough words to adequately describe it. And if in outer space there would be a sound, there would be heard shrill notes of "Singularity". - one of the best works in the genre. Have a nice dive.
