helping handsmost of you know nic (vowl.) as a talented and polished musician, a bloke who is amiable, helpful and generous. he's passionate, dedicated and sets his goals high, and all of these traits definitely show in his music, which is as beautiful as it is technical. when i first met nic i was surprised at his comradeship; he was a guy who was focused about succeeding in all his hobbies, he had a great humour, a good nature and i felt like we had already known each-other for years. nic was the reason i began making music, i began taking skating seriously and the reason i started to have a more positive outlook on life. he was always there for everyone including me, and ensured that all of his friends were always okay, and he would constantly try his best to ensure the safety of those he loved, he tried his best to make his friends and family happy; because that is all he wanted. nic and his family's life has unfortunately hit an extremely rough patch lately, and i don't understand how unfair it is for a family full of good natured people to go through such a tragedy, and as a result i want to attempt to showcase how good of a person nic truly is; and i want him to understand that we all have his backs. we need to help him grieve, we need to let him know that we all support him, that all of his fans have his back during this tough time; because he would do the same for us. i understand that it's going to be a long and difficult process for you nic, but know that i and many others are by your side; we are here to support you through this. we are all here for you nic. i love you brother, and always will. <3
here is a poem i sent to nic when he told me about the tragic news, i decided to keep it here just in case he ever wants to read it again.
You leave behind such memories
That loved ones will hold dear
They'll take them down the path of life
Though that path may seem unclear
