- A Whole New Ballgame
The right to sing, the right to shout
having a say is what it's all about
have fun, live life to the full
care for your body if you know what's good for you
punks and skins having a laugh
checking out our balls in the fucking bath
testicular cancer ain't no joy
OI! OI! OI! OI! OI! OI!
- Bash The Fash
Oi!
Nineteen nineties and the nazis are back
Family burnt out in an arson attack
Children lying in hospital dying of their burns
It's about time that everyone learns (to)
Bash - bash the fash!
- Boot Down The Door
United we stand, divided we fall
Skins and punks rally to the call
Now's the time to change this land
And it's your duty to lend a hand
We gotta boot, gotta boot, gotta boot down the door
Smash their oppression - smash their law! [x2]
- Die for B.P.
Eighteen years old, screaming in a ditch
Amputated legs in a war fought for the rich
But the bosses she'd no tears as you bled and cried
'Cos your butchery battle-proved the weapons they had sold to the other side
TIME TO STOP THE WAR
B.P. AIN'T WORTH DYING FOR
- Nazi Scum
Standing outsides the primary school gates
With their leaflets stirring up race hate
Creeping round in the dead of night
Setting innocent people's houses alight
They stab and kill in radical attacks
Just how much more before ypu fight back?
Find them - Grind them - Grind them!!
- Nuclear Waste
Nuclear energy is a con
It's just a cover for making their bombs
And it sends people to an early grave
So we want the power of the wind and the waves
[Chorus:]
Harness the wind
Harness the waves
- Pigs For Slaughter
They shot innocent 5 year old kid
murdered him in his bed
They beat folk with their truncheons
in the cells till they're dead
Humiliate and strip search you
as a matter of routine
Beat you up behind closed doors
and laugh at your screams
- Rich Scumbag
Oi! Rich scumbag - We got a message for you
We are the people and we know what to do
in your bowler hat and your business suit
we're going to give you the boot
cruising 'round in your Rolls Royce
your upperclass voice but Rich Scumbag we're taking this no more
We're coming booting down your front door
- The Earth Is Our Mother
How can you buy or sell the sky? The warmth of the land? The idea is strange to us. If we do not own the freshness of the air and the sparkle of the water, how can you buy them? Every part of the earth is scared to my people - every shining pine needle, every sandy shore, every mist in the dark woods, every clearing and humming insect is holy in our memory and experience. The sap which courses through the trees carries our memories - we are part of the earth and it is part of us. We know that the white man does not understand our ways - one portion of the land is the same to him as the next, for he is a stranger who comes in the night and takes whatever he needs. The earth is not his brother but his enemy and when he has conquered it he moves on. He leaves his father's graves behind and he does not care. He kidnaps the earth birthright are forgotten. He treats his mother the earth and his father the sky as things to be bought, plundered or sold like sheep or bright beads. His appetite will devour the earth and leave behind only a desert. I do not know. Our ways are different from your ways. The sight of your cities pains my eyes. There is no quiet place in the white man's cities - no place to hear the unfurling of leaves in spring or the rustle of an insects wings. The clatter only seems to insult the ears - and what is there to life in one cannot hear the lonely cry of the Lapwing or the arguments of the frogs around a pond at night? What is man without other animals? If all the beasts were gone, man would die from a great loneliness of spirit. For whatever happens t othe beasts soon happens to man - all things are connected. Teach your children what we have taught our children: That the earth is our mother. Whatever befalls the earth befalls the sons and daughters of the earth. Man did not weave the web of life - he is merely a strand of it. Whatever he does to the web he does to himself.
The secret corners of the forest are heavy with the scent of many men.
Where is the thicket? Gone.
Where is the eagle? Gone.
The end of living - and the beginning of survival...
