ELECTROPLASM (Postford / Ram) Мы хотели сделать другой трек в размере 7/8 – один из наших любимых тактовых размеров. Я начал с программирования drum трека, затем усилил основным рифом на гитаре. Мои навыки игры на гитаре недостаточны, поэтому мне пришлось подстраивать одну из струн в полутон, чтобы легче было играть. Потом мы посмотрели фильм «Бетмэн» с Heath Ledger и весьма прониклись саундтреком, поэтому позвали Harry Escott сыграть на скрипке которая придаст напряженности – поднимит и исказит звуки. Окружающие звуки были записаны в индийском монастыре, во время моей чрезвычайно вдохновительной поездки в Индию с Сереной. Также во время поездки мы записали звуки монстра, которые начинаются на 2:55, в парке динозавров за Джайпуром. T-rex издает дребезжащие металлические звуки водопадом! Вокалы на 3:30 были записаны в нашем номере отеля, спетый женщинами, которых мы встретили в музыкальном магазине. Искаженные вокалы, которые появляются к 4:36 минуте, я сделал на семпле моего голоса на очень дешевом семплере Ямаха с пластиковым микрофоном. Raj играл на своей серебряной и на альтовой флейтах. Во время тура в Нэшвилл, я купил электро ситар, который вступает в районе 6 минуты в припев. Это был первый раз когда я сыграл на ситаре.
SHPONGOLESE SPOKEN HERE (Postford / Ram) После просмотра нескольких удивительных видео робото-танцоров / брейк-дансеров в интернете, мы подумали что было бы хорошо попробовать найти одного такого для лайв шоу в Раундхаузе. Этот трек начинал создаваться как фрагмент для его/ее исполнения но затем трансформировался в даб трек... После прослушивания часами в студии этих импульсных искаженных ритмов нам нужен был отдых! Я сыграл на электро гитаре к 4:33 но мы хотели True Мастера, поэтому позвали Pete Callard. Он не смог прийти в студию, но послал нам свое соло на нейлоновой струне, которое мы оставили в целостности без изменений. Я сыграл настоящий басс, так как посчитал что на синтезаторе будет сложно получить приятное даб ощущение. То же касается и хай-хэта.
NOTHING IS SOMETHING WORTH DOING (Postford / Ram / Delago) Я записал проигрыш барабанов на ханге в Индии, поразительный металлический барабан который выглядит как НЛО и звучит очень даже в стиле Шпонгл. К сожалению запись не получилась идеальной и мы не смогли подогнать ее к треку (извини Arosha!), поэтому мы нашли на ютюбе Manu Delago и пригласили его в студию. Он уронил барабан в поезде и получилась вмятина, поэтому пришлось устранить одну из нот инструмента. Ханг проигрывает главный рифф и некоторые саб-басы звуков в стиле табла. Pete Callard сыграл на флажолете в начале трека, а Reichian зациклил риффы. Мне кажется мы записали по меньшей мере 20 треков на гитаре! Много звуков синтезатора в действительности оранжерованы гитарой. Я прибавил программных барабанов с несколькими живыми, сыграл «Джеймс Бонд» гитару и на басс гитаре. Женский вокал на 3 минуте это Balinese Priestess, которая благословляет дома, храмы и различные церемонии. Serena записала ее на свой ноутбук в Индонезии и послала мне его чтобы наложить его на трек. Я применл его в треке как молитву защиты от черной магии.

ELECTROPLASM (Postford / Ram) We would like to do another track in the amount of 7/8 - one of our favorite time signatures. I started with programming drum tracks, then strengthened the main riff on the guitar. My guitar skills are not enough, so I had to adjust one of the strings in gray, it was easier to play. Then we watched the film "Betmen" with Heath Ledger and highly imbued with a soundtrack, so called Harry Escott play the violin which will give strength - lift and distort the sound. Ambient sounds have been recorded in the Indian monastery, during my very inspiring trip to India with Serena. Also during the trip, we recorded the sounds of the monster, which start at 2:55 in the park of dinosaurs for Jaipur. T-rex makes a rattling metal sounds of the waterfall! The vocals were recorded at 3:30 in our hotel room, sung by women, whom we met at a music store. Distorted vocals that appear to 4:36 into the game, I did Semple on my voice to the very cheap plastic sampler Yamaha microphone. Raj played his silver and alto flute. During the tour in Nashville, I bought the electric sitar, which takes around 6 minutes in the chorus. It was the first time I played the sitar.
SHPONGOLESE SPOKEN HERE (Postford / Ram) After watching a few videos of amazing robotic dancers / break-dancers on the Internet, we thought it would be good to try to find one of the live shows in Raundhauze. This track was beginning to be created as a piece for his / her performance but then transformed into a dub track ... After listening to the clock in the studio of the pulse distorted rhythms we needed a rest! I played electric guitar on a 4:33 but we wanted to True Master, so called Pete Callard. He could not come to the studio, but sent us his solo on nylon strings, which we left in the integrity intact. I played a real bass since found that the synthesizer will be difficult to get a pleasant feeling of dub. The same applies to the hi-hat.
NOTHING IS SOMETHING WORTH DOING (Postford / Ram / Delago) I recorded a loss on the Hang Drum in India, striking a metal drum that looks like a UFO and sounds very much in the style of Shpongl. Unfortunately we did not get a perfect record and we could not adjust it to the track (sorry Arosha!), So we found on youtube Manu Delago and invited him to the studio. He dropped the drum on the train and get the dent, so we had to eliminate one of the music instrument. Hung plays the main riff and some sub-bass sounds in the style of tabla. Pete Callard played on harmonics at the beginning of the track, and Reichian looped riffs. I think we recorded at least 20 songs on the guitar! Many synthesizer sounds really oranzherovany guitar. I added several software drums live, play "James Bond" guitar and bass guitar. Female vocals for 3 minutes is Balinese Priestess, who blesses homes, temples and various ceremonies. Serena recorded it on his laptop in Indonesia and sent it to me to impose it on the track. I primenl it in the track as a prayer of protection from black magic.
